After completing his degree in Psychology, Josh began his career in the iconic halls of Harrods, London, where he honed his skills in sales, styling, and operations, mastering the art of delivering seamless, high-quality service. This formative experience laid the foundation for his client-first approach and a keen eye for detail, which have become hallmarks of his work.
In 2018, Josh took a bold step and relocated to Luxembourg, quickly establishing himself within the local business community. His expertise and dedication led him to a leadership role at a renowned business school, where he built strong industry ties and shaped impactful programmes. However, the intense demands of the job eventually led to burnout, becoming a turning point in his career.
Rising from this challenging experience, Josh became one of the founding members of a new business school, channelling his passion for innovation and growth. It was this journey—marked by transformation, resilience, and a deep commitment to personal development—that inspired the creation of Josh’s Niche Bureau (JNB).
Guided by his mantra, “Keep going, growing, and glowing,” Josh draws from his diverse background in luxury retail, education, and business consulting to offer bespoke, tailored solutions through JNB. With this philosophy, he helps clients navigate their unique paths to success, embracing every challenge as an opportunity to evolve and shine.

Meet Birkin, our resident bundle of joy and the true heart of JNB, with a personality as big as her curls, Birkin takes her role as Chief Cuddle Officer very seriously. Her daily tasks include making sure everyone feels welcome, offering plenty of cuddles, and ensuring no snack goes unnoticed.
When she’s not supervising meetings (or sneaking in naps during them), you can find Birkin happily trotting around Luxembourg City on her beloved walks, soaking up all the attention from passersby. She’s a firm believer that every problem can be solved with a wag of the tail and a gentle nudge for more ear rubs.
If you’re lucky, she might just share her favourite hobby with you—convincing her human to give her all the treats. Birkin’s philosophy is simple: work hard, play harder, and never turn down a cuddle.
